Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Carl and I have been in the spa business for 22 years. I started Spa Magic more than 20 years ago. I am a member of IPSSA (Independent Pool Spa Service Association). I am certified in water chemistry and have completed the NSPI Tech I and Tech II classes.

I can diagnose most problems on the first visit. Most parts are readily available, but sometimes the parts need to be ordered. I will attempt to get your spa or pool up and running as soon as possible.

I am the owner of Spa Magic. I do all the scheduling and work myself, so I will be the only person you will deal with. If you need questions answered, I can help you also.
